5 years B.A. LL.B Integrated Course
- Candidate has passed an examination in 10+2 course of a school recognized by the educational authority of Central or State Government with 45% marks in aggregate with five subjects including the subject of English shall be eligible to seek admission in the first semester of B.A.LL.B 5 – Year Integrated Course. Explanation : The candidate who have obtained 10+2 through Open University System directly without having any basic qualification i.e., Matric/Secondary/10+2 are not eligible for admission in the B.A.LL.B. 5-Year Integrated Course.
- Possesses any other equivalent academic qualifications recognized by this University. Those who have done graduation or postgraduation shall not be eligible for B.A.LL.B. 5 Year Course.
- The minimum eligibility condition in the case of SC/ST/DAP/EBP Candidates shall be 42.75% marks in the qualifying Examination with English as one of the subjects. (There shall be no rounding of percentage of marks of the qualifying Examination i.e.40% and 50% means exact percentage.Thus, 42.5% and above does not mean 43% or 44.5% and above does not mean 45%).
- 5% relaxation in minimum eligibility condition for differently abled candidates shall be 42.75% marks in qualifying examination with English as one of the subjects.
- The candidates who have appeared for the final year of 10+2 Examination and whose results have not been declared may also apply at their own risk and responsibility subject to the fulfillment of the above-mentioned eligibility conditions on the date of Admission.
3 years LL.B Course
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree Examination of the any Examination recognised as equivalent thereto, with English as one of the subjects in the qualifying examination and with atleast 45% marks in the aggregate (42.75% for SC/ST/DAP/EBP candidates) in either of these Degree (One-Year Degree/Diploma Courses like, D.P.Ed., M.Ed., B.Ed., B.Lib. Sc., etc. shall not be considered as equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree). Eligibility condition for differently abled candidates shall be 42.75% marks in qualifying examination with English as one of the subjects.
